• 1. What is Batcha? Batcha is a platform for content creators to share videos and for users (Backers) to support and engage with that content through payments and voting.
• 2. Who can use Batcha? Anyone aged 13 or older can register. To earn money as a Creator, you must be 18+ and legally allowed to enter into a contract.
• 3. How do I register on Batcha? Visit Batcha.tv, provide a valid email, username, and password, or register using Google.
• 4. What devices can I use to access Batcha? Batcha works on most modern browsers and devices, but it is your responsibility to ensure compatibility and use antivirus protection.

🔹 For Backers

• 5. What is a Backer? A Backer is a user who supports Creators financially and gets access to their exclusive content.
• 6. How do payments work for Backers? Backers can pay for content using a registered card. All payments are in USD.
• 7. Can I request a refund? Refunds to Backers accounts are subject to the voting system and platform decisions. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
• 8. What happens if I don’t vote on content? If you don’t vote within 24 hours after content release, your vote is automatically counted as in favor of the content.
• 9. Can I participate in creating content? Yes! Through Batcha X, you can contribute and potentially be selected to co-create the final video with the Creator.
• 10. Is my identity visible once I back a creator? Only if you choose to share it. You have 3 options when backing: Public, Private or Anonymous. In the case of Batcha X, your contributions become public after the funding deadline.
• 11. What if I want to back more than the minimum amount? Absolutely! You can support your favorite content with more than the minimum backing rate.
• 12. What if I voted but want to change my vote? No problem—you have 24 hours during the voting period to update your vote.

🔹 For Creators

• 13. How do I become a Creator on Batcha? You must be 18+, verify your identity, and set up a payout method in your account settings.
• 14. How are payments processed for Creators? You receive 80% of Backer Payments (excluding VAT). Payouts are made via approved payment providers (e.g., Stripe) and are subject to minimum thresholds.
• 15. When do I get paid? Once your earnings appear in your account and exceed the minimum payout amount for your method and location.
• 17. What content can I post? Content must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Explicit adult content is not allowed. You must have all necessary rights and consents for any content you post.
• 18. What if I don't raise the required amount? No worries! If you are happy with the raised amount, you can still upload the final video and deliver what you promised.
• 19. What if I haven't raised anything at all? In this case, your trailer will be removed from both the trailer feed and your profile once the backing deadline passes. But don't worry—you can always come back with a new idea!
• 20. What if I've raised the full amount and still have time left before my deadline? Congrats! You've hit your goal! You can either start working on the final video, upload it if it's already ready, or keep collecting extra backing until your deadline ends.
• 21. What if the deadline for uploading the final video has passed and I haven't uploaded it yet? You'll get an extra 24 hours as a grace period. If you still don't upload it, all funds will be returned to your backers.
• 22. What if I raised only part of the amount and didn't upload the final video after the deadlines? Unfortunately, all raised funds will be returned to backers, and your trailer will be removed.
• 23. What if I raised the full amount (or more) but didn't upload the final video after the deadlines? In this case, the funds will go back to the backers, your trailer will be deleted, and your rating will be cut in half.
• 24. What if none of the backers voted on my final video? You still win! You'll receive the raised funds even if there are no votes.
• 25. What if I'm not happy with how my backers voted? During the 24-hour voting period, you can reach out to backers who voted and try to persuade them to change their minds.
• 26. What if the voting period is over and I've lost? You have 24 hours to hit the "Appeal" button. A moderator will personally review your case.

🔹 Batcha X and Voting System

• 27. What is Batcha X? A feature allowing Backers to compete to co-create content with the Creator. The highest Backer contribution wins participation rights.
• 28. What if the top backer doesn't contact the content creator? If the top backer doesn't reach out, we'll try to get in touch. If we still can't connect, the content creator will go ahead and produce the final video without them.
• 29. How does the voting system work? The system's formula is simple and automated: 49%+1 vote in favor of the content — creator receives the payment for the released content. If 51%+1 vote against the content — creator does not receive the payment for the released content. However, the creator has an option to appeal to Batcha moderators for review.
• 30. Can Creators appeal a negative vote? Yes. If 100% of votes are negative, creators may appeal. Moderators may release payments after review.

🔹 Security, Legal & Compliance

• 31. What if someone steals my content? You retain IP rights and can request takedowns. Batcha may assist but is not obligated to enforce IP claims.
• 32. What are the tax obligations for Creators? Creators are responsible for their own taxes. Batcha may terminate accounts for tax non-compliance or if required by law.
